Sobre el Desafío Serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento y el desempeño de un portafolio de mercados de Latinoamérica y el Caribe que se atienden a través de distribuidores. Actuarás como socio estratégico de cada distribuidor para mejorar la ejecución comercial y los resultados. Además de generar nuevo negocio, tendrás un rol clave en sostener y fortalecer las relaciones actuales y en aportar una mirada analítica que ayude al equipo a tomar mejores decisiones.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

  • Desarrollar planes y estrategias comerciales para cada mercado asignado y darles seguimiento.
  • Actuar como socio estratégico de los distribuidores para mejorar su ejecución y sus resultados.
  • Mantener y fortalecer la relación con los distribuidores actuales e identificar nuevos socios o canales.
  • Monitorear ventas, KPIs y oportunidades de crecimiento (revenue, margen, apertura de puntos de venta, inventario).
  • Preparar reportes y análisis de negocio que apoyen la toma de decisiones.
  • Analizar tendencias de mercado, necesidades no cubiertas y competencia.
  • Acompañar estrategias de lanzamiento y posicionamiento de productos en cada mercado.
  • Velar por que los productos cumplan los requisitos técnicos y normativos de cada país.
  • Brindar soporte de marketing y ventas a los distribuidores: materiales, capacitación de equipos comerciales, eventos y activaciones.
  • Dar seguimiento a los temas operativos con los distribuidores, como pedidos, despachos y pagos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia comercial en ventas, key account, desarrollo de mercados o business development.
  • Experiencia trabajando con distribuidores o canales indirectos (deseable).
  • Experiencia armando planes comerciales, siguiendo indicadores y preparando reportes.
  • Muy buen manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Inglés (excluyente).
  • Residencia en Montevideo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de LATAM
  • Se valorará experiencia en industrias de deporte, ciclismo, outdoor o consumo premium.
