¿Te apasiona la flotación de sulfuros y el desarrollo de soluciones técnicas para minería?

Importante compañía multinacional química, reconocida por desarrollar soluciones innovadoras y sustentables para la industria minera, busca incorporar a un/a Global Sulfides Technology Manager (Gerente Global de Tecnología de Sulfuros) para liderar el desarrollo y aplicación de soluciones técnicas en flotación de sulfuros.

La posición tendrá un fuerte foco técnico, liderando un equipo especializado y gestionando proyectos regionales y globales vinculados al desarrollo, aplicación y mejora de productos para clientes mineros.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

- Liderar técnicamente proyectos de aplicación y desarrollo en flotación de sulfuros.

- Gestionar y priorizar el portafolio de proyectos del equipo técnico.

- Traducir necesidades provenientes de clientes y del equipo comercial en requerimientos técnicos para el laboratorio.

- Liderar un equipo compuesto por técnicos, químicos formuladores y metalurgistas.

- Asegurar el avance de pruebas de laboratorio, pilotos y pruebas industriales.

- Contribuir al desarrollo e implementación de nuevos productos.

- Dar soporte técnico al negocio actual y a cuentas clave.

- Coordinar proyectos con equipos técnicos regionales y globales.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Formación en Ingeniería Metalúrgica, Ingeniería de Minas o carrera afín vinculada al procesamiento de minerales.

- Experiencia sólida en flotación de sulfuros.

- Conocimiento profundo de procesos metalúrgicos.

- Experiencia en laboratorio, planta piloto y/o planta industrial.

- Conocimientos de formulación y aplicación de productos químicos para flotación, con capacidad para liderar técnicamente especialistas del área.

- Experiencia gestionando proyectos técnicos y múltiples prioridades.

- Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos, directa o indirectamente.

- Inglés fluido.

- Disponibilidad a trabajar bajo modalidad híbrida, y viajar a faenas mineras.

**La profundidad técnica en flotación de sulfuros es el elemento central del perfil; la experiencia de gestión puede ser algo más flexible frente a un candidato técnicamente muy sólido.
