¿Te mueve abrir nuevos negocios en minería?

Importante empresa multinacional química, reconocida por desarrollar soluciones innovadoras y sustentables para la industria minera, busca incorporar a su equipo en Chile a un/a Business Development Manager.

¿Cuál será tu propósito?

Impulsar el desarrollo de nuevos negocios en el sector minero, combinando mirada comercial, conocimiento técnico y capacidad consultiva para detectar oportunidades, construir relaciones de confianza con clientes estratégicos y transformar necesidades del mercado en soluciones de alto valor.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en minería.

- Abrir puertas con actores clave de la industria y construir relaciones de largo plazo.

- Comprender los desafíos técnicos y comerciales de los clientes mineros.

- Coordinarte con equipos técnicos para diseñar soluciones personalizadas.

- Gestionar oportunidades desde la prospección hasta pruebas, cotizaciones y primera venta.

- Hacer seguimiento activo del pipeline (cartera de oportunidades) y mantener foco en resultados.

- Participar en discusiones técnicas y comerciales con clientes, distribuidores y equipos internos.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Formación en Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Metalúrgica, Ingeniería en Minas, Química o carrera afín.

- Desde 3 años de experiencia en roles técnico-comerciales vinculados a minería, industria química, tecnología minera o proveedores para minería.

- Perfil hunter (generador de nuevos negocios), con experiencia abriendo oportunidades y desarrollando relaciones comerciales.

- Conocimiento técnico suficiente para conversar con clientes mineros y entender sus desafíos operacionales.

- Inglés intermedio.

- Disponibilidad para viajar más del 60% del tiempo.

- Autonomía, disciplina, orientación a resultados, capacidad consultiva y fuerte sentido de urgencia.
