Ihre Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen unsere Personalleitung und unsere Personalreferentin im gesamten Tagesgeschäft und übernehmen dabei unter anderem:

  • Vorbereitende Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unseren externen Dienstleister
  • Personaladministration von A wie Arbeitsvertrag bis Z wie Zeugnis – einschließlich Vertragsänderungen, Kündigungen und weiterer personalrelevanter Dokumente
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten und Personalunterlagen
  • Aktives Mitwirken bei der Personalbeschaffung sowie bei Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Organisation und Betreuung unserer Ausbildungsthemen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Auszubildenden, Berufsschulen und Handwerkskammer (HWK)
  • Organisation und Verwaltung unseres Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmanagements
  • Buchung von Schulungen sowie Überwachung von Terminen und Teilnahmen
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Schulungsvereinbarungen
  • Prüfung und Kontrolle von Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren administrativen Aufgaben und Projekten im Personalbereich
  • Als Ansprechpartner in personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen stehen Sie unseren Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften stets für die erforderlichen Auskünfte zur Verfügung.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium absolviert. Kein Muss, aber ein Plus: eine Zusatzausbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d).
  • Persönlichkeit & Arbeitsweis: Sie haben ein sicheres, freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten und erledigen Ihre Aufgaben stets sorgfältig und zuverlässig. Zudem sind Sie eine diskrete Persönlichkeit, die eine selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise auszeichnet.
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Sie besitzen Berufserfahrung in der Personalbetreuung und der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung und haben dadurch gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen. Vorteilhaft sind Erfahrungen mit der Personalmanagementsoftware Personio.
