Für unser Private Clients Business Risk Management (BRM) Team in der Abteilung «Risk Management & Governance» suchen wir eine dynamische Person als Business Risk Manager mit Affinität zu Technologie- / Artificial Intelligence (AI).

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Front und Client Lifecycle nahen BRM und Non-Financial Risk Themen sowie für spannende Aufgabengebiete mit Bezug zu IT, Automatisierung und AI.

Was ist der Inhalt der Rolle?

  • Schlüsselrolle in der Betreuung und Durchführung von BRM-Aktivitäten und Best Practice Standards für das Kundensegment Private Clients.
  • Ausführung und Weiterentwicklung von verschiedenen Risk- und Compliance relevanten Frameworks mit starkem Bezug zu unserer Frontorganisation.
  • Möglichkeit, die Weiterentwicklung des BRM aktiv mitzugestalten und innovative Technologien, Automatisierung, sowie AI-Anwendungen in moderne Kontroll- und Risikoansätze zu integrieren.
  • Verantwortung für wichtige Non-Financial-Risk Themen innerhalb Private Clients und Optimierung von Prozess-, Risiko- und Kontroll-Assessment Methoden.
  • End-to-end Durchführung und Betreuung von Kontroll- und Monitoring Aktivitäten.
  • Erarbeitung, Bereitstellung und Durchführung von Trainings und Support für die Private Clients Front Organisation sowie Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung.
  • Bereitstellung aussagekräftiger Reportings für das Private Clients Management Team sowie für Linienvorgesetzte.
  • Engagiertes Team mit hoher Expertise, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedensten Stakeholdern innerhalb Private Clients und darüber hinaus (z.B. Centers of Excellence, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit).

Was sind die Anforderungen?

  • Abgeschlossenes Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium bzw. gleichwertige bankfachliche Aus- und Weiterbildung.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich Business Risk Management in der Bankenbranche, vorzugsweise aus einem Wealth Management Umfeld.
  • Starke IT-Affinität und Interesse für Banken-Plattformen und Strukturen sowie Entwicklungen in der Nutzung von AI.
  • Gute Kenntnisse der (Front-)Kernprozesse einer Bank sowie regulatorischer Themenstellungen.
  • Proaktive, engagierte und dynamische Person mit sicherem Auftreten, ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einem gesunden Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Ausgeprägte hands-on und can-do Mentalität.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift).
