In München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Assistent/in, welche/r den Vorstand in sämtlichen Belangen unterstützt und gleichzeitig die Kundenbetreuung der eigenen Kunden des Vorstands mit allen administrativen Aufgaben übernimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Empfang von Kunden; Vorbereiten und Nachbereiten von Kundenbesuchen
  • Selbstständige Kundenkommunikation zur eigenständigen Erledigung von Kundenanfragen oder -aufträgen
  • Erstellung und Gestaltung von Präsentationsunterlagen und Berichten
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung vermögender Privatkunden durch die Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Anlage- und Kreditgeschäft inkl. Konto- und Depoteröffnungen
  • Erfassung und Pflege der für die Vermögensverwaltung und -betreuung notwendigen kunden- und bedürfnisbezogenen Daten
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Zahlungen und ausstehenden Unterlagen sowie deren Aktualität

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische (Bank-) Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Erfahrung in Vertriebsunterstützung und /oder Kenntnisse im Bankgeschäft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
