Als globaler Finanzdienstleister mit Schweizer Wurzeln sind wir auf Vermögensverwaltung, aktives Asset Management und massgeschneiderte Investitionslösungen spezialisiert.

Für unser Transaction Banking in Zürich suchen wir einen jungen / eine junge motivierte(n) Spezialisten / Spezialistin für die Abwicklung von eigenen derivativen Produkten, Erträgniszahlungen und Verwaltungshandlungen (80-100%).

Was wären Deine Tätigkeiten?

  • Vorbereiten, Überwachen, Abwickeln und Verbuchen von Income Events (Dividendenzahlungen, Ausschüttungen von Kapitalreserven etc.).
  • Entgegennahme, Erfassen und Ausführung von Kundenaufträge (Instruktionen) im Bereich Generalversammlungen.
  • Diverse Tätigkeiten im Lebenszyklus von derivativen Produkten ab Emission über die Bestandesbewirtschaftung bis zum Verfall inklusive Schlussbuchungen bei Fälligkeit.
  • Überwachung und Abstimmung der externen Verarbeitung.
  • Troubleshooting mit intern/externen Stellen.
  • Änderungen am Markt erkennen, verfolgen und ggf. Massnahmen einleiten in Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleiter.
  • Analysen von Prozessabläufen zur Erhöhung des Automatisierungslevels.
  • Durchführen von Systemtests bei Updates, neuen Abläufen etc.

Was suchen wir?

  • Kaufmännische Bankenlehre oder gleichwertige Aus-/Weiterbildung.
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Aktien/Funds und /oder derivativen Produkten / Verwaltungshandlungen.
  • Zahlenflair und gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung mit Avaloq von Vorteil.
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Kundenfokussierung und Eigenverantwortung.
  • Ausgeprägter Teamplayer mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch und / oder Italienisch von Vorteil.
  • Affinität für Artificial Intelligence (AI) und Bereitschaft, mit AI Tools zu arbeiten.
