Als Teil unseres Digital Client Experience (DCX) Teams gestaltest du massgeblich, wie unsere Privatkunden auf digitalen Kanälen interagieren. Wir setzen uns leidenschaftlich dafür ein, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu verstehen und intuitive UX- und UI-Designs zu entwickeln, die sie begeistern – ob im E-Banking, in der digitalen Kontoeröffnungs-App oder in unserer digitalen Meeting-Beratungslösung für Kundenberater.

Was ist der Inhalt der Rolle?

  • Als UX-Designer/-in entwickelst du gemeinsam mit UI Design, Entwicklung und Produktmanagement innovative, benutzerzentrierte UX-Konzepte für unsere digitalen Kanäle im Private Banking.
  • Du entwickelst UX-Konzepte von der ersten Ideenfindung über die Erstellung und das Testen von Prototypen und Wireframes bis hin zur Begleitung der Umsetzung zum finalen Produkt.
  • Du führst User Research durch, analysierst Kundenfeedback und Daten, um tiefere Einblicke in die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu gewinnen.
  • Mit deinem Fachwissen etablierst du UX-Standards und bringst Best Practices sowie neue Ansätze aktiv ins Team ein.

Was sind die Anforderungen?

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in User Experience, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in UX-Design, idealerweise mit Fokus auf die Gestaltung komplexer Applikationen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Figma zur Erstellung von interaktiven Konzepten, Prototypen und Designs.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools für Research, Ideenfindung, Prototyping, Testing oder Design.
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative.
  • Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche ist von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss.
  • Affinität für Artificial Intelligence (AI) und Bereitschaft, mit AI Tools zu arbeiten.
