Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Du unterstützt die Relationship Manager und Assistenzen im gesamten Prozess der Kundengewinnung, von der Selektion bis zum Onboarding.
  • Du hilfst bei der Betreuung von Bestandskunden und übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundengesprächen.
  • Du erstellst und bereitest Pitch- und Präsentationsunterlagen vor.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingprojekten und internen Initiativen.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du bist derzeit in einem betriebswirtschaftlich orientierten Hochschulstudiengang eingeschrieben (z. B. BWL, VWL o. Ä.).
  • Du interessierst dich für bankfachliche Prozesse und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder studentische Tätigkeiten sind von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst – insbesondere im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen.
  • Du verfügst über eine sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, der Wert auf Vertrauen, Offenheit und Zusammenarbeit legt.
