The posting

Atividades:

  • Realizar e acompanhar os processos de faturamento, incluindo emissão, conferência e cancelamento de notas fiscais de produtos e/ou serviços.
  • Apoiar a correta aplicação das regras fiscais e tributárias relacionadas às operações da empresa.
  • Conferir pedidos de venda, contratos, ordens de serviço, medições e demais documentos necessários para a realização do faturamento.
  • Identificar e analisar divergências fiscais, comerciais e operacionais, apoiando a definição e a implementação de soluções corretivas.
  • Monitorar os prazos de faturamento, o fechamento mensal e o envio de documentos aos clientes.
  • Realizar conciliações entre faturamento, pedidos, contratos, contas a receber e sistemas corporativos, identificando eventuais inconsistências.
  • Apoiar a parametrização e a validação de regras de faturamento nos sistemas ERP.
  • Elaborar relatórios operacionais e apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), receita e volume faturado.
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, assegurando a organização, a rastreabilidade e a disponibilidade dos documentos e registros.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação, padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos de faturamento.
  • Interagir com as áreas Comercial, Fiscal, Contábil, Jurídica, Operações e Tecnologia da Informação, contribuindo para a integração entre as áreas e a fluidez dos processos.
  • Apoiar a adequação dos processos de faturamento às mudanças decorrentes da Reforma Tributária, acompanhando as atualizações da legislação e contribuindo para a adaptação dos sistemas, cadastros e procedimentos fiscais.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e ferramentas do Pacote Office.
  • Conhecimento básico da legislação fiscal e tributária aplicável aos processos de faturamento.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes, raciocínio analítico e capacidade de identificar inconsistências.
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em faturamento de produtos e/ou serviços.
  • Conhecimento de sistemas ERP e processos de conciliação de faturamento.
  • Experiência no segmento de telecomunicações.
