Vordingborg Kommune søger social – og sundhedshjælperelever med 2 års relevant erfaring fra praksis, til TURBO forløb på ZBC i Ringsted.

Uddannelsen til social- og sundhedshjælper på et TURBO forløb, indeholder kun 17 ugers skoleophold.

Vi tilbyder en spændende uddannelse, hvor Du har mulighed for at gøre en forskel for de borgere, der ikke selv kan få dagliglivet til at fungere.

Vi har et godt lærings – og uddannelsesmiljø og anser uddannelsesopgaven som værende vigtig og betydningsfuld for både borgere og medarbejdere. Vi kan ofte tilbyde job efter endt uddannelse.

Krav:

  • 2 års relevant arbejdserfaring fra pleje sektoren
  • Arbejdsskiver erklæring til EUV1 forløb
  • RKV fra SOSU- skolen
  • Er 25 år

Du er:

  • Mødestabil og kan tage ansvar for egen uddannelse
  • Udviser både vilje, evne og initiativ til at opnå den fulde læring i uddannelsen
  • God til at kommunikere, har situationsfornemmelse og udviser interesse og empati

Ansættelsesvilkår

Din uddannelsesaftale vil omfatte ansættelse på 37 timer om ugen, og løn under uddannelsen, efter FOA's overenskomst. Du får elevløn, hvis du er under 25 år. Du får voksenelevløn, hvis du er fyldt 25 år, og har arbejdet 1248 timer i pleje og omsorg, fortrinsvist i dagvagt.
