Wat ga je doen?

Als Allround Servicemonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor uiteenlopende onderhouds-, reparatie-, mutatie-, en servicewerkzaamheden aan woningen en andere vastgoedobjecten in de regio Rotterdam, Den Haag en de Drechtsteden. Je werkt zelfstandig op locatie en krijgt te maken met verschillende situaties en bewoners. Geen dag is daardoor hetzelfde.

Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van onderhouds-, mutatie- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan wanden, vloeren, plafonds, deuren, ramen, kozijnen en hang- en sluitwerk;
  • Uitvoeren van eenvoudige werkzaamheden aan bijvoorbeeld sanitair, water/afvoer en elektra, binnen jouw bevoegdheden;
  • Lokaliseren en verhelpen van veelvoorkomende bouwkundige en technische storingen;
  • Signaleren van slijtage, gebreken en onveilige situaties en waar mogelijk direct actie ondernemen;
  • Voorkomen van vervolgschade en inschakelen van een specialist wanneer een probleem buiten jouw expertise of bevoegdheid valt;
  • Zorgvuldig opleveren van je werkzaamheden en registreren van uren, materialen, foto's en bevindingen via digitale systemen;
  • Duidelijk en prettig communiceren met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en collega's over de werkzaamheden en eventuele vervolgacties.

Je bent daarmee niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het technische resultaat, maar ook voor de manier waarop je je werk uitvoert. Je komt bij bewoners over de vloer en bent daarmee een belangrijk visitekaartje van VORM. Met jouw vakmanschap en servicegerichte houding zorg je ervoor dat bewoners zich geholpen voelen en vastgoed in goede staat blijft.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt mbo 3 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting bouw, onderhoud of techniek, of aantoonbaar vergelijkbaar vakniveau.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in service, onderhoud, mutatie, bouwkundig herstel of een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig een werkopdracht voorbereiden, uitvoeren en afronden;
  • Je bent een teamplayer en flexibel;
  • Je werkt veilig en zorgvuldig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit;
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs;
  • VCA Basis is vereist; aanvullende certificaten of bevoegdheden zijn een pré, afhankelijk van het werkpakket.
