Bij VORM 6D Wonen geef jij onze conceptwoningen een stevige financiële basis. Met jouw kennis en scherpe blik maak je het verschil van eerste raming tot definitieve werkbegroting.

Concreet ga je:

  • ontwerpen vertalen naar heldere en betrouwbare kostencalculaties;
  • prijsprocessen coördineren en adviseren over kansen, risico’s en optimalisaties;
  • projectdata structureren en project overstijgende data beheren;
  • koper wensen en technische afwijkingen uitwerken tot concrete en maakbare oplossingen;
  • input leveren voor partnerovereenkomsten en marktontwikkelingen volgen;
  • actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van templates en werkmethodes.

Kortom, jij zorgt dat elk project financieel stevig staat en slimmer kan worden opgepakt.

Dit ben jij

Je hebt inhoud, overzicht en drive. Je werkt nauwkeurig en analytisch, communiceert helder en schakelt makkelijk tussen ontwerp, kosten, planning en uitvoering. Je krijgt mensen mee met feiten en met gezonde nieuwsgierigheid.

Je brengt mee:

  • HBO werk en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als kostendeskundige of in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Actuele kennis van prijsontwikkelingen en bouwtechniek;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, je luistert goed en bent besluitvaardig;
  • Flexibiliteit en analytisch vermogen met oog voor technische innovaties;
  • Een goed humeur, nieuwsgierigheid en zin om samen te bouwen.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen de € 7.000,- en € 8.250,- per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
  • Met 43 verlofdagen volgens de Cao Bouw en Infra heb je veel ruimte voor vrije tijd. Van dit totaal wordt 13 dagen toegevoegd aan je individuele budget. Wil je meer vrije dagen dan kun je deze 13 dagen weer terugkopen;
  • De keuze tussen een leaseauto of een passende mobiliteitsvergoeding, afgestemd op jouw voorkeur;
  • Een goed geregelde pensioenregeling via BPF, zodat je later zorgeloos kunt genieten;
  • Een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van € 3.000,- per jaar om te investeren in opleidingen, trainingen of coaching;
  • Veel vrijheid in je werk en de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken, maar de connectie met je collega’s en ons kantoor vinden wij erg belangrijk;
  • Bij VORM staat fulltime gelijk aan 38,75 uur per week;
