Wat ga je doen?

Als Uitvoerder zorg jij dat plannen werkelijkheid worden op de bouwplaats. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor planning, financiële voortgang en kwaliteit VGWM en je stuurt het projectteam en ketenpartners aan op voorspelbare en veilige uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiding, inkoop en leveranciers, houdt overzicht in een seriematige woningbouwomgeving met prefab en HSB en met conceptueel en modulair bouwen en je borgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je blijft je ontwikkelen en past Lean en BIM pragmatisch toe zodat elk project slimmer en beter loopt.

Concreet ga je:

  • De bouwplaats organiseren van start tot oplevering met heldere mijlpalen, dag starts en voortgangsrapportages;
  • Planning, budget en kwaliteit bewaken en tijdig bijsturen op basis van data en weeksturing;
  • Veiligheid zichtbaar maken VGWM, toolboxen en inspecties uitvoeren en naleving stimuleren;
  • Onderaannemers en leveranciers aansturen en verantwoordelijkheden neerleggen waar ze horen;
  • Ontwerp, engineering en werkvoorbereiding verbinden zodat het plan maakbaar, betaalbaar en uitvoerbaar is;
  • BIM-processen benutten voor clashcontrole, informatieoverdracht en faalkostenreductie;
  • De administratieve projectvoortgang correct vastleggen in onze digitale systemen.

Kortom, jij realiseert een veilige en nette bouwplaats, een strak ritme en een resultaat waar opdrachtgever en team trots op zijn.

Dit ben jij

Je combineert leiderschap met overzicht en rust. Je communiceert helder, neemt doordachte beslissingen en motiveert mensen om samen te winnen.

Je brengt mee:

  • Ruime ervaring als uitvoerder in woningbouw of utiliteitsbouw;
  • Eigenaarschap over planning, budget en kwaliteit, accuraat en gestructureerd ook bij piekdrukte;
  • Coachend leidinggeven aan teams en ketenpartners, sterk in samenwerken;
  • Kennis van BIM en affiniteit met Lean en continu verbeteren;
  • Digitaal vaardig met BIM 360, SharePoint en planningstools;
  • Kostenbewust en oplossingsgericht, hoge kwaliteitsstandaard;
  • VCA VOL of bereid te behalen, rijbewijs B.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen de € 4.500,- en € 6.000,- per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
  • Met 43 verlofdagen volgens de Cao Bouw en Infra heb je veel ruimte voor vrije tijd. Van dit totaal wordt 13 dagen toegevoegd aan je individuele budget. Wil je meer vrije dagen dan kun je deze 13 dagen weer terugkopen;
  • De keuze tussen een leaseauto of een passende mobiliteitsvergoeding, afgestemd op jouw voorkeur;
  • Een goed geregelde pensioenregeling via BPF, zodat je later zorgeloos kunt genieten;
  • Een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van € 3.000,- per jaar om te investeren in opleidingen, trainingen of coaching;
  • Bij VORM staat fulltime gelijk aan 38,75 uur per week;
