Wat ga je doen

Als Projectleider installatietechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het door ontwikkelen, bewaken en toepassen van onze installatietechnische concepten binnen woningbouwprojecten. De basis van het concept staat, jouw rol is om deze concepten beheersbaar, schaalbaar en reproduceerbaar toe te passen in projecten.

In de beginfase werk je nauw samen met de Adviseur installatietechniek en heb je inhoudelijk dezelfde afstemmingsmomenten. Jij hoeft het ontwerp niet volledig zelf te maken, maar je begrijpt het wel en kunt het overnemen wanneer nodig. In de DO fase ben je ondersteunend, daarna neem jij de leiding volledig over en bewaak je het project tot en met oplevering. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor techniek, planning, financiën en proces en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Concreet ga je:

  • Bewaken en door ontwikkelen van installatietechnische woningbouwconcepten;
  • Toepassen van concepten binnen meerdere projecten tegelijk;
  • Aansturen en coördineren van adviseurs, werkvoorbereiders en engineers;
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor planning, voortgang en financiën;
  • Fungeren als escalatiepunt bij technische en procesmatige vraagstukken;
  • Zorgen voor overdracht van ontwerp naar uitvoering en borging in de DO fase;
  • Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars, aannemers en ketenpartners;
  • Bijdragen aan standaardisatie en procesverbetering binnen MONTER.

Kortom: jij bent eigenaar van het concept in de praktijk en zorgt dat projecten voorspelbaar, schaalbaar en beheersbaar worden gerealiseerd.

Dit ben jij

Je bent procesmatig sterk, houdt overzicht en weet wanneer je moet sturen en wanneer je moet ondersteunen. Je hebt voldoende technische kennis om ontwerpen te begrijpen en over te nemen, maar je kracht zit in regie, structuur en besluitvorming.

Je brengt mee:

  • MBO of HBO opleiding richting installatietechniek;
  • Ervaring als projectleider binnen de installatietechniek of woningbouw;
  • Inzicht in ontwerp en uitvoering zonder zelf alles te willen tekenen;
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Financieel bewustzijn en gevoel voor planning;
  • Zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap;
  • Het vermogen om teams en processen te verbinden.

Na 1 jaar heb je meerdere projecten succesvol gerealiseerd op basis van vaste concepten en heb je actief bijgedragen aan verdere standaardisatie.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen € 4.000,- en € 6.000,- euro afhankelijk van ervaring;
