Wat ga je doen?

Bij VORM ontwikkelen we de buurt van morgen. Als senior conceptontwikkelaar ben jij de strategische spil in complexe gebieds- en vastgoedontwikkelingen. Je initieert, leidt en realiseert meerdere strategische acquisities tegelijk en vertaalt kansen naar innovatieve, onderscheidende concepten met focus op duurzaamheid, leefbaarheid en marktwaarde.

Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen markt, ontwerp en strategie en overtuigt stakeholders op alle niveaus. Tegelijk fungeer je als sparringpartner en coach voor junior en medior collega’s, waarbij je kennisdeling stimuleert en bijdraagt aan de strategische groei van VORM.

Concreet ga je:

  • acquisitietrajecten leiden van concept tot schetsontwerp;
  • innovatieve vastgoedconcepten ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij marktbehoeften, trends en duurzame ambities;
  • koers bepalen voor tenders en één-op-één acquisities;
  • multidisciplinaire (tender)teams aansturen en acquisitie-/tenderprocessen bewaken;
  • ruimtelijke, financiële, commerciële en technische kwaliteit integreren tot winnende acquisities;
  • draagvlak creëren bij stakeholders binnen politiek-bestuurlijke contexten;
  • een sterk netwerk van partners en experts benutten en uitbreiden;
  • junior en medior collega’s coachen en inspireren.

Dit ben jij

Je bent een strategisch sterke (concept)ontwikkelaar die energie krijgt van complexe projecten en meerdere belangen weet te verbinden. Je combineert scherpe analyses met een ondernemende houding en voelt je thuis in zowel bestuurlijke als commerciële contexten.

Je brengt mee:

  • WO werk- en denkniveau;
  • minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in vastgoed- of gebiedsontwikkeling;
  • bewezen trackrecord in complexe acquisities en strategische besluitvorming;
  • uitstekende commerciële en onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • ervaring met multidisciplinaire projecten en procesbewaking;
  • coachend vermogen en ervaring met het begeleiden van collega’s;
  • een sterk netwerk en gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen;
  • focus op resultaat, innovatie en duurzame ontwikkeling.
