  • Je analyseert architecturale ontwerpen, bestekken en technische plannen en beoordeelt de haalbaarheid van complexe gevelconstructies.
  • Je onderzoekt verschillende gevelsystemen en werkt technische oplossingen en optimalisaties uit, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, uitvoerbaarheid en kostprijs.
  • Je voert technische voorstudies uit en werkt waar nodig voorlopige details en tekeningen (2D/3D) uit ter ondersteuning van offertes en aanbestedingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze commerciële afdeling, tendermanagers en calculators om tot technisch sterke en competitieve voorstellen te komen.
  • Je overlegt met architecten, studiebureaus, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen om technische vraagstukken op te lossen.
  • Je denkt mee in uitdagende nationale en internationale projecten en zorgt voor een vlotte technische overdracht naar onze projectengineers.

Onze ideale kandidaat:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting, of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en een goede kennis van bouwmethoden, materialen en constructies. Ervaring in gevelbouw is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht en vindt het boeiend om verschillende technische mogelijkheden tegen elkaar af te wegen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en hebt oog voor zowel technische kwaliteit als praktische haalbaarheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technieken en ontwikkelingen en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen en innovaties.
