Über uns: Vortex Aerotec wurde 2024 in München gegründet und entwickelt senkrecht startende Langstreckendrohnen für Logistikanwendungen im zivilen und militärischen Bereich. Wir sind ein junges und ambitioniertes Team, das Dinge schnell testet und umsetzt und in dem immer die beste Idee gewinnt.

Position:

Du bist tief eingebunden in die Entwicklung und Fertigung unserer Sub-Scale und Full-Scale Flugzeuge. Als Werkstudent im Bereich Struktur & CAD entwickelst du eigene Komponenten und begleitest sie bis zum Einsatz in der Drohne. Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotentiale in der Bauweise und Fertigung und verbesserst das Produkt mit deinen Ideen. Die Rolle ist eng mit der Fertigung verknüpft mit dem Ziel, Leistung und skalierbare Produktion zu optimieren.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Design und Entwicklung von Hardware auf Subsystem-Ebene, von frühen CAD-Konzepten bis hin zu funktionalen Prototypen
  • Integration mechanischer Systeme mit Sensoren, Aktoren und Steuerungshardware
  • Berechnung und Simulation von Komponenten zur Leistungssteigerung der Prototypen
  • Entscheidungen über Herstellbarkeit und Teileauswahl für eine skalierbare Produktion
  • Durchführung von Flugtests und iterative Umsetzung von Verbesserungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Teams, um eine enge Integration von Hardware und Software sicherzustellen.

Dein Profil:

  • Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Physik, oder vergleichbar
  • Starke Kenntnisse in CAD Tools wie Fusion360, NX, oder Solid Works
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Strukturauslegung und Design
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit der Erstellung von Prototypen, dem Testen und der Integration von mechanischen und eingebetteten Systemen
  • Vertrautheit mit Leichtbauwerkstoffen und Verbundwerkstoffen vorteilhaft
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterung
  • Bereitschaft, früh Verantwortung zu übernehmen
