Sales Executive

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Used Car Sales Executive to join our successful Torbay dealership. What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through every stage of their vehicle purchase, delivering an exceptional buying experience while achieving your sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling used vehicles using the Vospers sales process.
  • Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identifying and following up sales opportunities and enquiries.
  • Managing the preparation and handover of sold vehicles.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and regular follow-up contact.
  • Presenting the showroom and vehicle displays to the highest standards.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Previous experience in motor retail sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • The determination to achieve and exceed targets.
  • A full UK driving licence.

£20,000 basic + uncapped commission + company car

Hours

43.5 hours per week. Monday to Saturday (day off in the week)
