Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a Análise Preliminar de Risco (APR) antes da execução das atividades, seguindo as normas e os procedimentos de segurança estabelecidos;

Operar pá carregadeira para o abastecimento da tremonha de alimentação do GGQ, conforme orientações e procedimentos estabelecidos;

Realizar o checklist do equipamento, verificando níveis de óleo, condições e desgaste dos pneus, limpeza e demais itens aplicáveis, identificando necessidades de manutenção, comunicando falhas e solicitando os reparos necessários para garantir condições adequadas de conservação e operação do equipamento;

Realizar a operação de campo do GGQ por meio do painel touchscreen instalado na área operacional de atuação;

Realizar inspeções do processo operacional e, caso necessário, atuar nos parâmetros de operação do GGQ;

Realizar os demais checklists pertinentes à função e inspecionar os equipamentos em campo, utilizando os padrões do VCPS;

Realizar a limpeza e a organização da área de atuação e dos equipamentos da planta, seguindo as práticas de 5S e contribuindo para a conservação do ambiente de trabalho;

Contribuir com melhorias operacionais da planta e do ambiente de trabalho, por meio de ações de conservação, pintura e sugestões de melhoria;

Realizar o recebimento das cargas de biomassa e a amostragem dos materiais para análise, de acordo com o Plano da Qualidade;

Prestar apoio à operação de campo da moagem de areia, quando necessário;

Executar as atividades em conformidade com os padrões e procedimentos de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente, contribuindo para o cumprimento das diretrizes e dos objetivos da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações ESCOLARIDADE Ensino Médio completo. REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria D ou superior; Experiência na operação de pá carregadeira em ambiente industrial; Vivência com inspeções operacionais, preenchimento de checklists de equipamentos e atividades de campo;Conhecimento de normas e procedimentos de segurança; Experiência na operação de outros equipamentos pesados será considerada um diferencial.
