WHO WE ARE

Industrial labor powers our world and protecting the people who do that work is both a moral imperative and a business advantage. At Voxel, we're transforming workplace safety and operational efficiency through AI-driven computer vision technology that helps organizations see unseen risks before incidents occur.

Voxel's platform enables Fortune 500 safety and operations leaders to uncover root causes, drive proactive risk reduction, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. Our Solutions Engineering team ensures customers successfully adopt, deploy, and scale Voxel across complex enterprise environments.

THE ROLE

As a Solutions Architect, Enterprise IT at Voxel, you'll be the technical expert on our largest enterprise deals. Partnering with our sales and account teams, you'll work directly with customers' corporate IT, security, and infrastructure teams to design how Voxel's edge AI platform fits into their environments, from network access and device management to security and compliance requirements.

You'll lead technical discussions with prospective and existing customers, turn complex requirements into clear, workable solutions, and act as the bridge between customers and Voxel's Product and Engineering teams to ensure our platform integrates seamlessly at scale.

This role is built for a seasoned enterprise IT expert who is just as comfortable whiteboarding a solution with a customer's IT team as they are aligning internal stakeholders around it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead technical discovery with enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure teams to understand their environments, requirements, and constraints.

- Design tailored solutions that meet each customer's technical requirements, including network access and bandwidth, device management, and security.

- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on large enterprise deals to resolve technical blockers.

- Own Voxel's compliance with customer security requirements, leading security reviews, IT questionnaires, and architecture approvals as the technical point of contact.

- Create clear, customer-facing solution documents and architecture diagrams that translate complex technical requirements into decisions customers can act on.

- Work closely with our Deployment team to ensure agreed-upon solutions are implemented successfully.

- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex enterprise IT, network, and security challenges throughout the sales process and deployment.

- Act as the voice of enterprise customers to Product and Engineering, translating customer needs into technical requirements that shape the product roadmap.

- Build reusable reference architectures and solution patterns that make it faster to say yes to future enterprise requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

- 6–8 years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or enterprise IT/network engineering roles.

- Deep expertise in corporate IT networking and systems (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, Linux internals, edge/IoT architectures)

- Experience leading technical discussions with senior technical stakeholders across enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure teams.

- Proven ability to gather requirements from enterprise customers and translate them into clear technical requirements for Engineering.

- Strong track record of creating customer-facing technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.

- Familiarity with enterprise security requirements and processes, such as security reviews, IT questionnaires, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

Nice to Have

- Hands-on experience with 802.1X, certificate management/PKI, or enterprise device management.

- Background working with large multi-site environments such as warehouses, distribution centers, or retail.

- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?
