Come join us and be a part of our journey. A Brief OverviewThe Production Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities on the production floor. Partnering with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and Compounding to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner and maximum operation efficiency is achieved. Ensuring seamless production processes and facilitating effective communication across teams. What you will do

Monitor shift activities - provide direct instruction to Line Leads and production personnel, ensure lines are running at rate with correct headcount. Facilitate communication between different departments for synchronized operations. Monitor quality control measures to uphold manufacturing standards. Verifies line startups. Including line balances, bulk and component issuing, and quality clearance. Serve as backup to the Production Supervisor. Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate resource allocation to maintain optimal production efficiency. Assist in troubleshooting production issues to minimize downtime Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement. Verifications and sign off on batch record processes. Execution of any reworks due to NCMR’s issued by quality. Reviews production boards hourly and addresses issues on the packaging lines. Facilitates material flow through production. Component acquisitions and line returns. Some duties may vary slightly by location.

Education Qualifications

High School Diploma (Preferred) or Associate's Degree or equivalent. BS / BA would be a plus but not required (Preferred)

Experience Qualifications

1-3 years in a manufacturing environment. (Preferred)
