Modern Workplace Specialist (w/m/d) ===================================

Deine Herausforderung

  • Erste Ansprechperson für sämtliche Workplace\- und Supportanliegen an den internationalen VP Bank Standorten
  • Selbständige Bearbeitung und Lösung von Incidents, Service Requests sowie anspruchsvollen 1st\- und 2nd\-Level\-Supportfällen
  • Betreuung von Softwareverteilungen, Arbeitsplatzbereitstellungen sowie Benutzer\- und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Providern und externen Partnern
  • Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Modern Workplace Plattformen (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online und Teams)
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Rollouts, Automatisierungen, Cloud\-Initiativen und Workplace\-Projekten
  • Sicherstellung von Servicequalität, Sicherheit, Standardisierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der Workplace Services
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit mit den Standorten Liechtenstein, Zürich, Luxemburg und Singapur inklusive gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit und Ferienvertretungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (Systemtechnik, Plattformentwicklung, Betriebsinformatik oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT\-Support, Workplace Engineering oder Client Management
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange und Windows Clients
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von Workplace Services
  • Freude an der Kombination von Support, Betrieb und Projektarbeit
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche internationale Reisetätigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
