Een goed draaiende technische dienst begint met een goede voorbereiding. Daarom zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst die graag het overzicht bewaart, technisch meedenkt en ervoor zorgt dat de juiste onderdelen, materialen en informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. In deze functie ben je de verbindende schakel tussen techniekers, leveranciers, magazijn en administratie. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen onderhoudswerken efficiënt en vlot worden uitgevoerd.

Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring als werkvoorbereider te hebben. Heb je een technische achtergrond, kennis van mechanische onderdelen en vooral veel interesse om bij te leren? Dan leren wij jou de rest!

Wat ga je doen?

Werkvoorbereiding & technische ondersteuningJe ondersteunt de techniekers door onderhoudswerken mee voor te bereiden.Technische onderdelen en wisselstukken zoek je op en zorgt dat deze tijdig beschikbaar zijn.Je helpt mee bij het plannen en voorbereiden van preventieve onderhoudswerken.Je brengt structuur in machines, onderdelen en technische documentatie.Wisselstukken & leveranciersHet bestellen van technische onderdelen en het opvolgen van de leveringen is een dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid.Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers.Bij de nood aan alternatieven zoek je mee naar de beste technische oplossing.Je zorgt ervoor dat techniekers over het juiste materiaal beschikken om storingen snel op te lossen.Hier is het bewaken van de kwaliteit en de beschikbaarheid van wisselstukken belangrijk.Technisch magazijn & administratieDe voorraad beheren van technische onderdelen is jouw hoofdtaak.Je houdt het technisch magazijn overzichtelijk en georganiseerd.Bijkomend verwerk je bestellingen, stockbewegingen en gegevens in het ERP-systeem.Je volgt werkbonnen, offertes en technische administratie correct op.Ook houd je de technische informatie steeds up-to-date en beschikbaar.

Wie ben je?

Je bent iemand die graag technisch bezig is, nauwkeurig werkt en energie haalt uit organiseren en ondersteunen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of technische werkervaring opgebouwd.Je hebt affiniteit met mechanica, onderdelen en technische installaties.Gestructureerd werken en makkelijk een overzicht behouden, vind je belangrijk.Bijkomend ben je administratief sterk en volg je zaken graag nauwkeurig op.Je omschrijft jezelf als een vlotte communicator met collega's en leveranciers.Verder ben je leergierig en wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen.Deze ervaring is mooi meegenomen

Ervaring als technieker in een productieomgeving.Ervaring met Excel.Heb je niet alles in huis, maar wel de juiste technische basis en motivatie om te leren? Dan moedigen we je zeker aan om te solliciteren.
