Job Title: PM Valet Attendant (Flex & Weekends Required) Company: VPNE Parking SolutionsJob Type: Full-time / Part-time  Schedule: Full-time, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (with flexible days)Qualifications Reminder:  Prefers 2+ years of general driving experience or 1 year of valet experience. Position Summary The PM Valet Attendant is responsible for making an exceptional first and last impression on every guest. By engaging with our guests and customers in a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic manner, you will provide the best experience possible while delivering safe and efficient vehicle service. Key Responsibilities

Safety First: Operate all vehicles safely and responsibly to minimize the potential for accidents, keeping the safety of yourself and others as the top priority. Vehicle & Key Management: Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage while maintaining tight organization at the operation. Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service using professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices. Team Collaboration: Maintain an upbeat, positive environment for customers and teammates, and help facilitate smooth transitions at the end of shifts. Presentation & Maintenance: Look sharp and remain neatly groomed at all times; perform light cleaning duties as assigned. Policy Adherence: Follow all VPNE uniform standards and attendance policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience Level: Entry-level candidates are welcome; 2 to 3 years of professional driving or valet experience is highly preferred. Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is strongly preferred. Language: Proficient in English (both verbal and written).

Physical & Job Requirements

Age: Must be at least 18 years of age. License & Record: Must possess a valid Driver’s License in your state of residency with a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's insurance provider. Background Screening: Ability to pass a criminal background check and Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) check. Physical Stamina: Ability to run and move quickly, stand for long periods of time, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat personality with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile.
