Position Summary 

 

A Ticket Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing all tickets issued according to our company revenue policy. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

Examining all tickets issued by an organization to ensure accuracy and completeness. 

Verifying the validity of tickets and that they’ve been processed correctly. 

Ensuring ticketing processes and procedures are adhered to. 

Recording and tracking tickets issued during the shift.  

Communicating with supervisory or management roles to resolve ticketing issues. 

Use VPNE-preferred word choices while speaking with guests 

Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction 

Maintain a ready-to-serve posture that is welcoming to guests 

Make eye contact and smile to all guests to acknowledge them 

Make guest assistance the priority 

Work efficiently, without rushing, to assist guests 

Follow all cash handling guidelines per company policies 

 

Qualifications: 

 

Years of Experience: Entry Level 

Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and written 

Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED 

 

Requirements: 

 

You must be 18 or older to apply. 

Maintain uniform standards 

Maintain a professional and polite manner. 

Adheres to VPNE’s attendance policy 

Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English 

Ability to effectively maneuver around various locations both inside and outside while engaging in bending, prolonged standing, running, and prolonged sitting in all weather conditions 

Ability to receive medical and security clearance for one or more locations 

Possess the manual dexterity to operate essential office equipment, including computers and cash registers. 

Possess the mental acuity to be able to process cash and manual transactions.
