Analisar a base de dados, procedimentos, normas internas e externas, diagnosticar e propor melhorias e/ou soluções com base nos indicadores e controles da área, tendo como objetivo a eficiência nos processos de Operações da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsável por analisar dados e indicadores operacionais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando a tomada de decisão da área. Atua na elaboração, controle e divulgação de relatórios gerenciais e de desempenho, implementação de projetos de melhoria contínua, diagnóstico de problemas operacionais e atualização de procedimentos. Realiza o planejamento e acompanhamento das atividades da operação, incluindo visitas às unidades e monitoramento de serviços executados por equipes próprias e terceirizadas. Também presta suporte à liderança na gestão de contratos, inspeções de instalações e garantia do cumprimento das normas e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis às operações.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos obrigatórios:

Ensino superior completo; Experiência prévia na área de atuação.
