1. 计算机及相关专业，2027 年及以后毕业； 2. 熟练掌握 C/C++，具备扎实的算法与数据结构基础； 3. 熟悉主流深度学习框架（如 PyTorch / DeepSpeed / Megatron 等）的运行机制； 4. 对前沿问题保持兴趣，如 Agentic RL、长上下文建模，动态计算、推理效率优化等； 5. 若在 ACM / NOI / ISC 等竞赛中有优异成绩者优先； 6. 能连续实习 3 个月以上，每周出勤至少 4 天。 我们能提供： 1. 面向万卡级集群的真实研发场景； 2. 来自系统、框架与算法方向导师的深度指导； 3. 参与大模型核心基础设施研发的机会； 4. 若实习表现优异，将有机会转正，共同探索下一代 AGI 推理范式。
