职位描述 1.参与开放平台产品的需求分析、方案设计与上线跟进，独立负责其中的具体模块； 2.跟踪主流模型、Agent Harness 与开发者工具的进展，输出竞品分析与产品建议； 3.参与模型在真实使用场景下的评测，把使用体感整理成可复用的结论； 4.基于用户反馈与数据，发现产品问题并推动改进。

1.对 AI 技术和前沿信息有持续、主动的了解：知道当前主流模型各自的长短板，用过主流的 agent 产品并能说出它们的区别，能讲清楚最近一个让你改变看法的技术进展； 2.计算机、人工智能或相关专业在读，本科及以上，是模型 API 和 agent 产品的重度使用者优先； 3.逻辑清晰，能把复杂问题讲简单；结果导向，能独立把事情推到闭环。

加分项 1.用 AI 工具做过完整的项目（产品、工具、网站均可），能展示成品； 2.有开放平台 / 开发者产品 / toB 产品相关实习经历； 3.对某个 AI 细分领域有自己的观察或判断。
