我们期待你： 1. 计算机及相关专业，2026 年及以后毕业； 2. 熟练掌握 C/C++，具备扎实的算法与数据结构基础； 3. 熟悉主流深度学习框架（如 PyTorch / DeepSpeed / Megatron 等）的运行机制； 4. 理解模型训练的底层原理与系统性能优化路径； 5. 对前沿问题保持兴趣，如 Agentic RL、长上下文建模，动态计算、推理效率优化等； 6. 若在 ACM / NOI / ISC 等竞赛中有优异成绩者优先； 7. 能连续实习 3 个月以上，每周出勤至少 4 天。
