岗位职责 1. 协助执行内容安全策略，参与策略效果评估与优化，推动降低误拦率和漏放率 2. 协助搭建和维护安全运营数据看板，跟踪审核量、处理时效、误拦率等核心指标，发 现数据异常及时同步 3. 参与内容安全事件的应急响应，协助风险内容处置、事件记录与复盘 4. 协助三方审核供应商的日常对接，包括质量数据整理、问题跟进与沟通 5. 配合产品、研发等团队推进安全相关需求，整理并反馈一线运营中发现的问题

任职要求 1. 本科及以上在读，2026/2027 届优先，每周出勤 4 天及以上，实习期不少于 3 个月 2. 有内容安全、信任与安全（Trust & Safety）、风控等相关项目或实习经验 3. 熟悉 UGC/社交/社区类产品的内容审核流程，了解机审+人审双链路运作模式 4. 责任心强，能在高节奏环境下细致执行，沟通清晰有条理 加分项 - 有内容审核、社区运营、风控相关实习经验 - 了解海外社交/出海产品的内容合规差异 - 对 AIGC/大模型安全风险有基本认知 - 熟悉 SQL 或 Python 等数据处理工具
