我们在做什么

MiniMax 的 AI 产品每天产生海量数据请求，数据库层是整个产品稳定性的核心底座。

这不是普通的数据库运维，而是在真实 AI 业务压力下，构建一套具备自动发现、快速止损、持续优化能力的数据库可靠性体系。你将深度参与 TiDB/Redis的容器化落地、运维平台的自研建设，以及跨团队的数据库治理推动。

你将做什么

1. 主导阿里云、腾讯云上 MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、TiDB、Kafka、Doris、ES等数据库中间件的稳定治理，快速发现、止损、恢复线上问题 2. 深入理解 MiniMax业务，与研发团队协作完成数据库架构设计与优化，参与日常技术规范培训 3.建设故障发现、定位、止损能力，系统性推进数据库优化与风险治理，提升异常恢复速度 4. 参与 TiDB、Redis 等大规模数据库的容器化建设，构建生产级稳定数据库系统 5. 参与数据库运维平台前后端开发（Vue +Golang），覆盖工单、运维管控、成本治理、自研工具等模块

基础要求（满足以下两条及以上）

1. 精通 MySQL：InnoDB 运行机制、复制原理、事务与锁、MVCC、SQL优化、索引设计；熟悉 PT、Gh-ost 等生态工具 2. 精通 Redis：主从、Cluster、Proxy 架构原理，熟悉源码 3. 精通 MongoDB：副本集、分片架构，熟悉 WiredTiger 存储引擎 4. 熟悉分布式关系型数据库（TiDB、OceanBase 等）的架构原理与故障定位 5. 熟悉 Vue + Golang 前后端开发 加分项： 1. 熟悉K8s,有Operator开发经验者优先; 2. 熟悉OLAP(Doris、SelectDB、Starrocks、ClickHouse) 3. 大规模自建数据库、存储的运维管控经验
