1、全日制专科及以上学历，广告、传媒、视觉传达等美术相关专业； 2、有导演/摄影相关工作经历优先，审美优秀，能够将AI应用于后期制作中； 3、拥有AE包装、MG动画等方向的成熟作品者优先； 4、具备AI相关的工作经验，能够全程参与从分镜到后期合成的制作流程； 5、良好的剪辑思路和画面表达能力，精通视频镜头衔接、剪辑节奏感、音乐配合等； 6、精通AI相关软件，熟练使用Premiere、AE、PS、剪映等工具； 7、具有独立分析、思考和解决问题的能力，并能总结和应用自己的方法论于信息流广告行业。
