我们希望你： 1. 高度自驱，能在目标模糊、优先级快速变化的环境中独立识别问题、制定方案并持续推进，不需要等待指令； 2. 围绕模型在真实任务中的表现，推动评测标准制定、标注规范与流程建设、模型反馈分析及内部工具落地。你需要把模糊的模型质量问题转化为清晰、可执行的评价标准和改进任务，与研究、工程及标注团队协作，建立从问题发现到效果验证的完整闭环。 3. 有复杂项目或工作流程的完整 ownership 经验，能够协调研究、工程及执行团队，推动需求澄清、方案设计、落地验收和后续迭代；能够主动发现问题、分析问题，并将其转化为面向领导层的清晰决策建议。 4. 具备良好的技术理解力，能够快速理解大模型的能力边界、评测方法及相关工具，与技术团队有效沟通，并主动运用 AI 工具和自动化手段改进工作流程。
