1、熟悉Python/JavaScript/Golang等至少一门语言，具备脚本级独立开发能力； 2、有AI测试经验者优先，了解LLM、Agent生态更佳； 3、热衷于开源技术，熟悉常见AI/Agent框架，有实际落地经验者优先； 4、关注新技术趋势，具备快速学习和落地的能力，乐于探索创新方案。
