1、本科及以上学历，3-5年策略产品经验，有大模型安全治理、安全运营经验优先； 2、数据意识强，有数据驱动模型迭代的能力，对内容安全和审核全链路比较熟悉，对内容生态下的产品、运营机制需全面了解； 3、充满激情，自驱力和学习能力强，具有勇于承担的精神和良好的抗压能力； 4、了解AI大模型，重度AI产品使用者优先。
