1. 原子服务构建：基于底层推理框架与核心算法模型，秉持 zero-overhead 的极致理念，设计并实现高效、轻量级的原子级算法服务。 2. 单体吞吐突破：深入应用多线程并发模型、CPU 架构级调优等技术手段，深度挖掘并最大限度提升单体服务的吞吐量极限。 3. 复杂分布式架构：主导跨机台分布式服务等复杂应用架构的设计、开发与长期演进，攻坚高并发场景下的技术难题。 4. 服务高可用保障：全面负责线上算法服务的高稳定性维护，构建健壮的保障体系，确保 AI 业务的平稳运行。

1. 计算机及相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2. 具备扎实的编码功底与出色的代码品位，对数据结构与算法有深刻的理解与应用能力。 3. 深入理解操作系统基本原理（如进程/线程模型、内存管理、网络 IO 等）。 4. 熟练掌握至少一种主流后端或系统级编程语言，包括但不限于 Golang、C/C++ 或 Python。 5. 深刻理解并能灵活应用主流的架构设计思想，熟练掌握微服务化、异步解耦、高可用及高可扩展性设计。 6. 具备高度的系统容错与可靠性保障意识，熟悉全链路监控告警、容灾降级等生产级实战方案。 7. 具备优秀的跨团队协作精神与沟通表达能力，对待线上服务有强烈的责任感。 8. 拥有卓越的学习能力、技术好奇心和极强的自驱力，能够快速跟进前沿技术的发展。 【加分项】 1. 顶尖竞赛：在 ACM-ICPC、NOI/IOI、IMO 等国内外顶级编程或学科竞赛中获得优异名次。 2. 高并发实战：拥有超大规模高并发、高可用微服务系统的核心开发和架构演进经验。 3. 开源或科研：在相关领域的国际顶会发表过论文，或在知名分布式系统/微服务开源项目中有过代码贡献。
