1. 核心算子开发：面向前沿的大模型训练与推理场景，设计并实现极致优化的核心算子，深度榨取底层硬件算力。 2. 通信算子优化：深入研究底层网络与总线架构，开发并调优跨卡（如 NVLink/PCIe）与跨机（如 RDMA/RoCE）的高性能通信算子，突破分布式计算的通信瓶颈。 3. 复杂系统构建：参与跨机分布式服务及相关复杂底层架构的开发与长期演进，保障计算与通信任务的高效调度与稳定执行。

1. 计算机、微电子或相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2. 具备扎实的编码功底与优秀的代码品位，对数据结构与算法有深刻理解。 3. 深入理解操作系统基本原理（如内存管理、线程调度、I/O 模型等）及计算机体系结构。 4. 精通 C/C++，具备构建高质量、高性能底层基础软件的工程实战能力。 5. 熟悉 CUDA 编程原理及 GPU 硬件架构（如流多处理器、显存层级等），具备实际的并行计算开发思维。 6. 具备优秀的跨团队协作精神与技术沟通能力，对底层基础架构代码有极强的敬畏心与责任心。 7. 对前沿技术充满技术好奇，具备卓越的学习能力和强大的自驱力。 【加分项】 1. 顶尖竞赛：在 ACM-ICPC、NOI/IOI、IMO 以及 ASC 等国内外顶级赛事中斩获重磅奖项。 2. 高阶算子实战：熟悉主流深度学习底层框架，或在 CUTLASS、Triton、FlashAttention 等高性能算子库上有深度的源码阅读与二次开发经验。 3. 分布式经验：熟悉 Megatron-LM、DeepSpeed 等分布式训练框架底层通信机制（如 NCCL 优化、集合通信原理）者优先。 4. 学术与开源：在高性能计算、系统结构相关国际顶会发表过高质量论文，或在知名底层系统开源项目中有过实质性代码贡献。
