Servus, München! Du bist unser Gesicht im Süden und bringst Vrielmann dorthin, wo neue Energieprojekte entstehen: zu Kunden, Netzbetreibern und neuen Geschäftspartnern. In Deiner Rolle verbindest du Vertrieb, Technik und Beratung. Du erkennst Potenziale, entwickelst passende Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass aus ersten Gesprächen konkrete Projekte werden.

  • Vertrieb von Energieanlagen und Dienstleistungen im Mittel- und Niederspannungsbereich sowie aktive Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Kundenpotenziale
  • Entwicklung und Planung technischer Lösungskonzepte, abgestimmt auf die Anforderungen und Projekte unserer Kunden
  • Beratung zu unserem Produkt- und Dienstleistungsportfolio sowie Erkennen passender Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten für ganzheitliche Kundenlösungen
  • Ausarbeitung maßgeschneiderter technischer Lösungen und Begleitung unserer Kunden bei der Umsetzung ihrer Projekte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Vertriebsteam bei der Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Angeboten und Projektunterlagen
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Verteilnetzbetreibern zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Projektabwicklung
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie kompetente Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden im Tagesgeschäft

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Elektrohandwerk, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Energietechnik und gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge im Mittel- und Niederspannungsbereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere mit MS-Excel
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Termine, Qualität und saubere Ergebnisse
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen, Kunden und Projektbeteiligten
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft und Freude daran, im Norden unterwegs zu sein
