Vrij CLB De Havens zoekt een arts voor een opdracht van 7 uur/week tot het einde van het schooljaar.

Functieomschrijving

Als arts maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team (artsen, paramedisch werkers, psychopedagogisch consulenten/werkers en maatschappelijk werkers). Je staat samen met je teamleden in voor de leerlingenbegeleiding binnen een waaier van scholen en vervult een draaischijffunctie naar externe hulpverlening toe.

Jobgerelateerde competenties

  • Werken binnen een wetenschappelijk kader met standaarden en procedures voor kwaliteitsvol handelen ontwikkeld door de Vlaamse Wetenschappelijke Vereniging voor Jeugdgezondheidszorg.
  • Uitvoeren van medische consulten en opvolgen en/of verwijzen van leerlingen naar aanleiding van afwijkende bevindingen.
  • Toedienen van vaccinaties.
  • Overleggen met medewerkers van de eigen en andere disciplines in het kader van een optimale leerlingenbegeleiding.
  • Contacten leggen met leerlingen, ouders, scholen en hulpverleners n.a.v. vragen in verband met de ontwikkeling, de gezondheid en het welbevinden van leerlingen.
  • Onderwijsnoden in kaart brengen en handelingsgerichte adviezen formuleren i.s.m. het multidisciplinaire team.
  • Coach zijn voor een team van artsen.
  • Draaischijffunctie uitoefenen naar het netwerk van collega-artsen en hulpverleners.

Wat wij verwachten

  • In staat zijn om opdrachten op een doeltreffende wijze te plannen en uit te voeren.
  • Bereid zijn om het eigen functioneren kritisch te bekijken.
  • Kwaliteitsvol en resultaatgericht werken (nauwkeurig, stipt, deskundig , kritisch, evaluerend…).
  • Multidisciplinair samenwerken binnen de organisatie en met netwerkpartners.
  • Houden van de mix van medische activiteiten en het ingaan op concrete zorgvragen.
  • Stressbestendig zijn en zich flexibel opstellen.
  • Zich loyaal opstellen tegenover de eigen organisatie en collegiaal tegenover de collega’s.
  • Vaardig zijn in het omgaan met kansarmen, maatschappelijk kwetsbaren en andere culturele contexten.
  • Basis ICT-vaardigheden bezitten en zich vlot kunnen inwerken in sectoreigen softwaresystemen.

Toelatingsvoorwaarden

Diploma:

  • Huisarts of basisarts.
  • Een bijkomend diploma jeugdgezondheidszorg (of bezig zijn aan de opleiding) is een pluspunt.
