The posting

Vrij CLB De Havens is op zoek naar een maatschappelijk werker voor een voltijdse opdracht (36u/week) in de vestiging Oostende, wellicht tot juni (vervanging ziekteverlof en bevallingsrust).

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bent lid van een multidisciplinair team, bestaande uit artsen, paramedisch werkers, psychopedagogisch consulenten/werkers en maatschappelijk werkers.
  • Je staat samen met je teamleden in voor de leerlingenbegeleiding in verschillende scholen.
  • Je exploreert de hulpvraag van de verschillende actoren (leerling, ouders, schoolpersoneel) om inzicht te krijgen in de problematiek en een traject op maat te kunnen maken.
  • Je organiseert een handelingsgerichte begeleiding.
  • Indien nodig leid je naar externe hulpverlening toe.
  • Je brengt onderwijsnoden in kaart en formuleert handelingsgerichte adviezen.
  • Je maakt de nodige verslagen, verwijsbrieven, attesten...
  • Je vult de elektronische leerlingendossiers stipt aan.

Jobgerelateerde competenties

  • Kennis van het onderwijs- en jeugdhulplandschap.
  • Kennis van begeleidingsmethoden en gesprekstechnieken.
  • In staat zijn om opdrachten op een doeltreffende wijze te plannen en uit te voeren.
  • Kwaliteitsvol en resultaatgericht werken (professioneel, nauwkeurig, stipt, kritisch...)
  • Multidisciplinair samenwerken binnen het CLB en met netwerkpartners
  • Vaardig zijn in het omgaan met kansarmen, maatschappelijk kwetsbaren en verschillende culturele contexten
  • Basis ICT-vaardigheden bezitten en zich vlot inwerken in de sectorspecifieke software
