Wir, die VS RecruitingFabrik GmbH, sind eine der schnellst wachsenden Recruiting-Agenturen Süddeutschlands und suchen Dich nun als Unterstützung als Kauffrau für Büromanagement / Industriekauffrau in der Assistenz für unser Team im Herzen Münchens.

Deine Aufgaben als Bürokauffrau/-mann

  • Terminkoordination: Du koordinierst Termine und behältst den Überblick über den Arbeitsalltag. Dies schließt die Organisation von Reisen, Seminaren und Events mit ein.
  • Büroorganisation: Mit einem aufmerksamen Blick behältst Du die Büroorganisation im Griff.
  • Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben: wie bspw. Schriftverkehr, der Versand von Rechnungen und Bearbeitung von Anfragen gehören zu Deinem täglichen Geschäft.
  • Postverwaltung: Du bist verantwortlich für den Versand und die Verarbeitung der Post. Zudem übernimmst Du Bestellungen für das Büro.
  • Vertrieb: du hilfst dem Vertriebsteam bei der Verwaltung der Social Media Kontakte, die mit uns über das Thema Recruiting sprechen möchten und organisiert Termine mit dem Vertriebsteam

Einstiegsgehalt: 3.500 - 3.800 € brutto im Monat bei 30 Stunden pro Woche

Was bringst du mit?

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau / Industriekauffrau / Kauffrau für Büromanagement oder eine andere kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
