Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Patientenmanagement-Teams
  • Steuerung der Patientenaufnahme inkl. Wartelistenmanagement, Priorisierung sowie Zuordnung und Einplanung in Einzel- und Gruppentherapie
  • Planung und Organisation von Therapieangeboten (insb. Gruppentherapien) in enger Abstimmung mit Therapeut:innen und weiteren Verwaltungsbereichen
  • Organisation der Empfangsstandorte und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Praxisbetriebs inkl. Terminplanung und administrativer Patientenaufnahme
  • Koordination von Psychotherapieanträgen sowie der Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen und internen Stellen
  • Einarbeitung und Begleitung neuer Teammitglieder sowie Mitwirkung bei der Personalauswahl
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards sowie aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und digitalen Systemen im eigenen Bereich
  • Einweisung des Teams in eingesetzte Softwareanwendungen und aktive Mitgestaltung von Digitalisierungspotenzialen im eigenen Bereich

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder gesundheitsbezogenem Schwerpunkt
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im administrativen oder medizinischen Versorgungsumfeld
  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in operativen Bereichen mit hohem Koordinationsaufwand
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe und parallele Abläufe strukturiert zu koordinieren, Prioritäten frühzeitig zu erkennen und proaktiv zu handeln
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke im direkten Umgang mit Patient:innen, innerhalb des Teams und gegenüber anderen Abteilungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Systemen (z. B. MS Office) und Offenheit für neue Anwendungen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
