About Your Role As the Affiliate Marketing Specialist within the Growth Marketing department, you will report to the Growth Marketing Assistant Director and support the growth and management of the global traffic supply chain—building and maintaining relationships with growth media networks, non-standard traffic sources, and agency partners. You will work closely with the Global Marketing COE, as well as internal Engineering and Data teams, to help safeguard margin integrity, combat fraudulent traffic, and support the scaling of compliant, high-performance user acquisition pipelines.

What Makes You a Great Fit Job Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in CPA / Affiliate Marketing / Affiliate Business Development, preferably within the Forex, Crypto, or iGaming industries.
  • Familiarity with international traffic sources, affiliate partnership models, and affiliate acquisition processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer or similar attribution and analytics tools, with the ability to evaluate channel performance and user quality.
  • Strong business development and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to independently manage affiliate sourcing,
  • initial outreach, and partnership development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of traffic quality assessment and ROI optimization.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal business communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient, with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Expand and manage overseas CPA / Affiliate partnerships, focusing on key markets including Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and screen high-quality potential affiliates based on market strategy, conduct initial outreach and information gathering, and support the team lead in further negotiations and partnership execution.
  • Monitor affiliate performance across key metrics including registrations, FTD (First-Time Deposit), retention, and ROI, and provide regular performance reports and optimization recommendations.
  • Research industry trends and competitors’ affiliate strategies to identify opportunities for channel expansion and partnership model improvements.
  • Utilize attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer and Firebase / GA4 for data tracking, attribution analysis, and traffic quality assessment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve affiliate performance and maximize overall ROI.

  • 根据市场策略，主动寻找并筛选高质量的潜在联盟渠道，完成前期接洽、合作信息收集及初步评估，并配合团队负责人推进后续商务谈判及合作落地。
  • 持续监控 Affiliate 渠道表现，包括注册、FTD（首次入金）、留存、ROI 等核心指标，定期输出数据分析报告并推动优化。
  • 研究行业趋势、市场动态及竞争对手的 Affiliate 策略，针对渠道拓展、合作模式及效果优化提出建议。
  • 熟练使用 AppsFlyer、Firebase / GA4 等归因及分析工具，协助进行数据追踪、渠道归因及流量质量评估。
  • 与内部相关团队保持良好协作，持续提升 Affiliate 渠道合作效率及整体 ROI。

理想候选人画像

  • 市场营销、商业管理、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历。
