  • Excelente comunicação interpessoal e escrita: Facilidade para transitar entre diferentes áreas da empresa, cobrar retornos com cordialidade e explicar procedimentos administrativos com clareza.
  • Organização e gestão de tempo: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos prazos simultâneos sem deixar passar detalhes nem comprometer datas acordadas.
  • Proatividade e atenção a detalhes: Senso de responsabilidade para antecipar necessidades, identificar inconsistências em minutas/documentos e sugerir melhorias no fluxo de arquivos.
  • Inglês intermediário: Conforto para ler e validar documentos em inglês, entender termos contratuais padrão e trocar mensagens quando houver contato com parceiros globais.
  • Disponibilidade para modelo híbrido: Presença no escritório 1 dia por semana para lidar com rotinas presenciais (como envio/recebimento de documentos físicos, cartórios ou arquivos locais).
