SOBRE A VAGA

Nesta posição de especialista, você atuará como ponto focal na condução operacional e estratégica das frentes de Workplace e Rituals Globais. Suas responsabilidades incluem acompanhar e garantir a execução das rotinas financeiras do time, do fechamento mensal, da precisão dos relatórios da área e da criação e revisão de SOPs para assegurar a conformidade das operações. Você liderará projetos de melhoria contínua utilizando automação e ferramentas de IA, além de monitorar a saúde, segurança, manutenção dos escritórios e a gestão de fornecedores — com olhar atento para a experiência presencial nos escritórios da VTEX (incluindo o hub do Rio de Janeiro).

Além disso, você terá papel ativo na condução de rituais institucionais globais e da área de Tech (como reuniões gerais da empresa, eventos online e presenciais), atuando na operação e suporte técnico de agendamentos, recursos audiovisuais, bastidores, interpretação e resolução de imprevistos em tempo real, além de apoiar a execução do Onboarding Institucional Global.

A posição tem perfil técnico e de execução analítica, com forte foco em gerenciamento de riscos, compliance e condução de projetos ponta a ponta. A supervisão é mais próxima no início e ganha autonomia conforme o desenvolvimento da pessoa contratada.

  • Você gerencia projetos de ponta a ponta e possui um histórico comprovado em melhoria de processos baseada em dados.
  • Você se destaca em cenários abertos ou ambíguos, trazendo estrutura, organização e calma para a operação.
  • Você possui forte visão crítica para avaliar processos sob a perspectiva de gestão de riscos, aplicando raciocínio legal e de compliance.
  • Você constrói relacionamentos sólidos com stakeholders de diferentes níveis e sabe ler cenários, reunindo contexto e fazendo as perguntas certas antes de tomar decisões.
  • Você tem atenção minuciosa aos detalhes, identificando erros e oportunidades de melhoria para corrigi-los de acordo com os processos do time e da VTEX.
  • Você organiza ideias de forma lógica e visual, garantindo que as mensagens principais se destaquem à primeira vista.
  • Você tem disponibilidade para viagens frequentes pelo Brasil e, ocasionalmente, viagens internacionais (como para o escritório de Lisboa), além de flexibilidade para apoiar eventos em finais de semana ou feriados quando necessário.
  • Você possui inglês avançado (espanhol é um diferencial), considerando a exposição global do papel.
