Für unser dynamisches und kreatives Project Controls Team am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40 h) als Cost Controller (m/w/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du planst und organisierst das Aufsetzen der Projekt-Plan-Daten, führst Abweichungsanalysen zwischen Plan-, Ist- und Forecast-Daten durch und verantwortest Forecasting, Recasting sowie das Reporting.
  • Du ermittelst den Projektfortschritt mithilfe des Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) unter Anwendung der Rules of Credit (RoC).
  • Du überwachst Auftragnehmer und Verträge und unterstützt deren Steuerung und Nachverfolgung im Projektverlauf.
  • Du wirkst aktiv im Änderungs- und Risikomanagement mit, identifizierst Risiken und Projektänderungen und unterstützt deren Bewertung und Nachverfolgung.
  • Du verantwortest die Nachverfolgung relevanter Key Quantities sowie die Staffing- und Workforce-Planung und führst entsprechende Abweichungsanalysen durch.
  • Du entwickelst Maßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der Projektperformance und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Umsetzung relevanter Managementsysteme in Deinem Aufgabenbereich.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Bachelor, Master oder Dipl.-Ing. (TH/FH/TU) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Verständnis gängiger Projektmanagement-Standards und -Methoden, beispielsweise PMI oder IPMA, und wendest die Earned Value Analysis sicher in der Praxis an.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in den SAP-Modulen CO, FI, MM, SD sowie BW/HANA und setzt diese routiniert im Projektumfeld ein.
  • Du bringst 5 bis 8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Branchen Öl und Gas, Bergbau, Chemie oder Erneuerbare Energien mit.
  • Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke.
