Für unser dynamisches und kreatives Project Controls Team am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40 h) als Document Controller (m/w/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du verwaltest Dokumentenkontrollsysteme und stellst die strukturierte Ablage sowie den jederzeitigen Zugriff auf Projektdokumente sicher.
  • Du verantwortest die Revisionskontrolle und stellst sicher, dass ausschließlich aktuelle Dokumentenversionen verwendet werden.
  • Du koordinierst die Verteilung, Einreichung und Freigabe von Dokumenten zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern.
  • Du prüfst Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit, formale Korrektheit und die Einhaltung definierter Standards.
  • Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung von Unternehmensprozessen, Qualitätsanforderungen und regulatorischen Vorgaben im Dokumentenmanagement.
  • Du erstellst Reports zu Dokumentenstatus, Revisionen und Compliance für Management, Audits und Projektteams.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Dokumentenmanagement.
  • Du arbeitest qualitätsbewusst, strukturiert und mit hoher Sorgfalt.
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, SharePoint sowie in Dokumentenmanagementsystemen wie Assai, Aconex oder vergleichbaren Tools.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und arbeitest professionell mit Kolleg:innen sowie externen Partnern zusammen.
  • Du organisierst dich selbstständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
