Für unser dynamisches und kreatives E,I&C Team am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40 h) als Head of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Department (m/w/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du führst und entwickelst das ICE-Team, verantwortest den Teamaufbau sowie die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du stellst die technische Qualität aller ICE-Deliverables sicher und gewährleistest die Einhaltung relevanter Standards, Normen und Projektspezifikationen.
  • Du koordinierst Ressourcen, Termine, Kosten und Risiken über mehrere Projekte hinweg und unterstützt die Budgetplanung.
  • Du steuerst externe Engineering-Partner, prüfst deren Lieferobjekte und gibst die technische Richtung vor.
  • Du entwickelst Standards, Verfahren, Spezifikationen und Designrichtlinien weiter und unterstützt bei technischen Beschaffungsprozessen.
  • Du sorgst für die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachdisziplinen, klärst technische Fragestellungen und löst Schnittstellenkonflikte frühzeitig.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungs-, Regelungs- oder Messtechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs.
  • Du verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung im ICE-Engineering in industriellen Großprojekten sowie in der fachlichen Führung von Engineering-Teams.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in DCS- und PLC-Systemen, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Mittelspannungstechnik und industrieller Messtechnik mit.
  • Du kennst die relevanten Normen und Standards (z. B. IEC, VDE, ATEX) und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit AVEVA oder vergleichbaren Engineering-Tools.
  • Du hast erfolgreich die technische Umsetzung von ICE-Disziplinen in großen EPC- oder EPCm-Projekten verantwortet und steuerst komplexe technische Schnittstellen sicher.
  • Du überzeugst durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, fließende Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft.
