Für unser wachsendes Team am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h) und unbefristet, als IT-Systemadministrator - Datacenter & Infrastructure (m/w/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du analysierst komplexe Störungen in der IT-Infrastruktur eigenständig, identifizierst deren Ursachen nachhaltig und sorgst für eine strukturierte Behebung über System- und Standortgrenzen hinweg.
  • Du betreibst, überwachst und entwickelst unsere Netzwerklandschaft an unseren Standorten weiter und verantwortest dabei LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN sowie Standortvernetzungen.
  • Du administrierst und optimierst zentrale Rechenzentrumskomponenten wie Firewalls, Storage-, Backup- und Switch-Systeme sowie weitere Infrastrukturservices.
  • Du planst und setzt Kapazitäts-, Verfügbarkeits- und Lifecycle-Maßnahmen um und stellst sicher, dass unsere Infrastruktur zuverlässig mit dem Unternehmenswachstum skaliert.
  • Du gestaltest neue, sichere und standardisierte Infrastruktur-Lösungen für neue Standorte, Erweiterungen und Modernisierungsprojekte aktiv mit.
  • Du betreust leistungsstarke Spezial- und High-Performance-Workstations in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Support und den Fachbereichen und pflegst eine strukturierte Dokumentation sowie die Nachverfolgung von Changes, Problems und technischen Aufgaben in Jira Service Management.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, ein IT-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, die Du durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung erworben hast.
  • Du bringst 5 bis 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration und dem Betrieb komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen mit.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien wie TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, WLAN, WAN, VPN, DNS und DHCP sowie in der Administration von Windows-basierten IT-Infrastrukturen.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit mehreren der folgenden Technologien und Lösungen: Firewalls, Microsoft Entra ID, Storage-Systeme, Backup-Lösungen und PowerShell.
  • Du besitzt Erfahrung in der systemübergreifenden Fehleranalyse, Ursachenforschung sowie im Betrieb sicherer, standortübergreifender Infrastrukturen.
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich, dokumentierst technische Sachverhalte strukturiert und bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Service-Management-Prozessen mit.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und professionell, arbeitest konstruktiv mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, bist bereit für planbare Einsätze an Außenstandorten und im Rechenzentrum und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
